Merge ramdisk changes into android_device_semc_es209ra folder #8

Some changes were hardcoded in the init.rc file in order to get a booting CM10 version as fast as possible.

We need to port those changes properly so that generated kernel.sin file can be flashed.

Merge has been done. Ramdisk has been updated to use default init.rc file, and all changes are now in init.es209ra.rc file.

The resulting kernel has been tested but the full build of kernel.sin from the rom has to be tested

This is now tested and done. This has been ported properly.
