There is a TODO in a comment in docs/source/getting_started/obtaining_cmakepp.rst to write documentation for manually downloading CMakePP source and building it. I am putting it in the issues so it is not forgotten!

From #29: To actually be able to install CMakePPLang https://github.com/CMakePP/CMaize/issues/45 should be tackled first.
