404 Errors in API Documentation #33

As title suggests, there's some 404s in the documentation (looks like it may be all the Python functions). As an example, visit here (which should not be a 404) and then attempt to navigate to the cminx.rstwriter module for example.

Looks to be a misconfiguration with Jekyll, evidently it doesn't include any folders starting with "." by default.
