Allow Tab to create a new raw #240

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When you press on "tab" key on keyboard, while you are on the value (last 
value input field) create a new row and focus on the key of the new row.

This would help speed up some time, so we don't have to click on add new all 
the time, it's flow-disruptive. 
Alternatively allow a shortcut key to create a new row (with focus).
