Really nice graph! The only thing that could benefit this graph is adding a label such that the No Fitness Test bar does not exceed that of the y-axis's highest labeled axis. In other words, it might be beneficial to add one or two more y-ticks (namely, 14% and 16%) so that all values are covered within the graph's labels and the reader knows exactly what range the bars fall in. Otherwise the graph is excellent! I especially love the titles and the x- and y-axis labels!
