Deploy a static VNF/NS using tng-bench

Deploy a static VNF/NS using tng-bench. We do not need to create and run any benchmarking tests now, deploying a static VNFD and NSD file and destroying the VNF after tng-bench finishes running.

Steps to perform initially: Updated: 9.9.2019 19:30

• Allow tng-bench to read VNFD and NSD correctly. Initially do the following:
• [x] Create a new pdriver module.
• [ ] Provide a dummy PED, ~its contents are ignored initially~ Read the NSD and VNFD file names.
• [ ] Add the ability to read the parts required for identifying a VNF, and the topology in which it is connected.
• [ ] Obtain management network addresses and store them for later use for each VNF.
• [ ] Delete the VNFs successfully after tng-bench finishes running.

For this issue, no processing of PEDs required, they should exist to fulfill running requirements.

Update to issue: Found out that processing PED and deploying VNFs is quicker than deploying a static VNF without handling the PED. Issue closed for now.
