Only Ch 1-4 are working in the CLI Radio Setup #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load the latest code
2.go to Setup mode in serial monitor
3.Go to Radio Setup
4. Channels 1-4 work as expected, but the values for 5-8 do not change

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I woudl expect the other channels to show results

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Beta 1
Mac OS X

We're currently only storing ch 1-4. We don't have a use for the 5-8 values yet 
and have them default to 1000|2000.
