No GPS lock with Ublox?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. changed to #define GPS_PROTOCOL GPS_PROTOCOL_UBLOX in apm_config.h
2. do not get gps lock, only LED A burns constantly (not the red one)
3. (I use Ublox)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Red led should blink and later turn to red constantly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Beta Release of ArduPilot Mega software

Please provide any additional information below.

I use UBLOX Gps, with the default all three LEDs blink. With UBLOX only green 
LED is constantly on. Others do either blink nor burn constantly.

If LED A burns constantly, then you are in the CLI mode.  Move the slide switch 
to the other position.....

Problem solved, if the switch is on "test" there is no gps lock, only if you 
test gps. On the "fly" position gps lock comes in about one minute.

If wheather is ok this evening I will do the maiden fligth.
