Changepoint model #24

This adds a changepoint model implementation the ramp scene based on PhyBullet.

One in three to five update_2 calls ends in a delta_s of -Inf because some random time step after the collision has a projected weight of -Inf (project(trace3, select(:kernel => i)) == -Inf)
