Can't download NYT Crossword

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to download the NY Times Crossword Puzzle, as I just 
subscribed.  The dialog box at bottom of page says "New York Times login 
failure.  Is your password correct?"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Asus EEE Pad Transformer TF101, Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Please provide any additional information below.

I just figured out my problem.  I just figured out I had gone over NYT password 
maximum character limit.  Sorry to waste everyone's time!

I know this is an old post, but I haven't got a reply to mine and thought maybe 
my problem was caused by the same issue you had: how many characters does 
Shortyz allow for the NYT password? Mine is currently 6 and it works just fine 
on the NYT website. Still can't get the puzzle to download though.
