I needed to compile pyfes with pip for a R&D project.
I therefore allowed myself to fork the pyfes project and just add a setup.py.
It may be of use to others.
The installations of uthash and netcdfare done manually, as I didn't want to have to manage the different installations depending on the systems.
Maybe, It can be an upgrade later
I also added the version number in the main.cppfile.
