DIMAP V3 support #1

PNEO products format is DIMAP V3 XML, it differs from DIMAP V2 which is supported by shareloc

Thanks for the remark, this will be available at some point and is put in internal roadmap. I close the issue as very old and the need is taken into account in CNES.
