midifile missing from externals download #20

midifile.class is not included in the package that gets distributed. Hopefully we can remedy this while working on issue #19.

The last deployed version was from 2010, and will not get an update, but I am only seeing it in the CFM legacy download.

made a test build in max 7 which worked -- you have to put it in a package, in a /java-classes subfolder in order to have max find it.

I'm not 100% sure, but initial tests seems to indicate that other versions of max may not act the same way...

added midifile to makefile and release script -- we might want to consider adding the .java file in case people need to build it themselves (e.g. currently max 8 seems to not like the .class file built against max 7).
