I noticed some difference between mac and windows in regards to the missed message outlet of OSC-Schedule, not sure if it's 64bit related or not.

in the help patch, on Windows for some OpenSoundControl considers the now timetag to be not "missed", possibly the timetag resolution might be different? not sure.

Testing, as far as I can tell it seems to be working correctly, but possibly more tests should be done.

this issue seems to be resolved now. I just tested 32 and 64 bit Windows and both are behaving as specified by the help patch. It's possible that back in October when I was testing this I hadn't done a full clean before building or something like that.
