documentation: bpf name #83

There is an attribute "name" that is not the same as "varname". This object doesn't seem to have pattr support, so it's unclear whether or not the "name" attr is necessary

I'm now remembering that there is a way to associate a given bpf with a breakout object, so I'll need to review that and document.
