update the Pieceplayer -- error messages include: yafr2 missing, can't find OSC-BCF2000.js. Then, produce two new standalones for Max 7 (one for concert and one for rehearsal).

yafr2 should come with the included Max examples. There might be some other bug if it isn't found.
