wacom-interpreter was requested by a contact in Germany; it was in Matt Wright’s personal collection of files and unreleased. I’ve contacted him and am working to update it for the depot.

Flo Schöps - I don't know of him. I've emailed him to clarify - I might be able to close this issue and ditch the inclusion of the patch if my suspicions are correct.
