move all js examples (including jsui) into relevant package folder #30

make sure to include helpfiles, and assess whether or not folders become empty as a result of the move.

I've moved all of these into /javascript. I'm contacting Ali to see if he has updates to the various js files he'd contributed.

OK, haven't heard from Ali,but I reviewed the current rev of alib to make sure we're not missing anything and we're not. Moving help files...
