harmonicity vs. inharmonicity upgrade #41

  1. harmonic -> inharmonic slider doesn't work after you have edited the fundamental
  2. not clear what is happening when you change the number of harmonics - there is an update for the rest of the UI that needs to occur - seems to disable the harm -> inharm slider
  3. harm -> inharm slider is overlapping with the multislider above it.
