piecemaker tutorial #5 (and #6) - ej.nthru missing #44

I can include this, but it seems unnecessary. @mzed - What are your thoughts? In fact, do we need anything like [thru] or [nothing] in this patch?

I had bigger plans for that tutorial set, but c'est la vie.I see ej.nthru in both tutorial 5 & 6. It seems like overkill. [*~ 1.] might be appropriate, or either of your suggestions. I'm not sure why I chose the ej object.

Better still: just use live.gain~ and abandon the metering patch altogether.

I was thinking along similar lines. I'll update accordingly after reviewing the original status of the patch.

Rolled back to an ancient version and found a pot of gold. Stand by for a fix 'n' close.
