verify init functionality of data in /media #51

verify that all data files inside of the /media/* directories are not needed for temporary file i/o in any patchers. if they are, they need to be moved back to the location of the patchers that use them...

For example (not currently in media, but some of these might be moved into media folder): xml_files

moved all XML into media; still need to xfer into the /media/XML dir. next steps are aif, wave, text files, etc.
