help patch preparation #19

1) make sure all abstractions have help patches 2) move all help patches to a /help folder in the main package directory

I went ahead and moved all relevant maxhelp files to a help directory, maintaining the folder structure you'd outlined. Feel free to add new help patches in that dir.

updated and added most help patches. there are a two or three remaining to do, but can wait until later, so am now closing this issue.
