Summer m158a running list of issues #68

For the next six weeks i'll be teaching a summer m158a course, and since it'll be rather intensive and I'm not quite ready to go with fixing and making new commits on the materials, i'll be adding to this thread when i come into things i think are problematic.

Matt Schumaker will be teaching this course in the next summer session, it would be good to include him, as well as Jon Kulpa, who will be teaching a section of Fall m158a.

Hi Dave,

I think it'd be preferable for all of us if you could file a separate issue for each problem that you come across. It makes it far easier to categorize fixes (both by type and priority), and it'll help us know which things we need to spend a larger amount of time tackling.

Thanks for your help - basically you can group any separate details on an issue in the comments and I can label and tag accordingly so that when we go in and make the fixes the work goes quicker.

FWIW, this message can now be closed since I would expect the first issue to come up in a separate thread. I'll contact you for further details (I promise it won't take any extra time).
