Improve VTK export:

add binary (in addition to ascii)
support recent version of VTK file format

Paraview 5.5 sometimes indeed report this kind of error in parsing a VTK file generated by PyTelTools:

ERROR: In C:\bbd\7cc78367\build\superbuild\paraview\src\VTK\IO\Legacy\vtkDataReader.cxx, line 939 vtkUnstructuredGridReader (00000000128D60A0): Unsupported point attribute type: 1.31162e-41 for file: XXX.vtk
