Add recording from points to caburst validation script #10

This PR changes the membrane potential recording to specific points in the mesh instead of minimum and maximum over spiny and smooth patches.

Maybe we can remove the vrange changes since they did not change anything. Also, do we want to keep the AMPAR count recording in main?

I think they are just a plus. I prefer to have more info if we want so I do not need to change STEPS_Validation too often
