虽然通过看之前的之前的 (issue) [#3]，也能改出来基于cookie的分流，但是为什么不内置的此分流策略？

另外，看了一个代码，目前版本基于uid的分流，好像要求一定要是number, 这是为什么？

已经将原代码中的uid分流改成了基于cookie的分流，并移除了uid必须是数字的限制。具体见 https://github.com/commissarster/ABTestingGateway
