Website not updating #3

There is an open issue in the protocol software:

I might provide a workaround if counterparty-lib is not fixed soon.

Workaround deployed. "Solved" by enabling restarting the counterparty container in the fednode on all failures. Not ideal, but is the simplest (and "official") option to keep the website up to date.
