Credit for translations #18

Right now, we have several open PRs pulling in translated PO files; the problem is that all list me as a translator, and it doesn't look like any credit is given to people reviewing, based on at least cases where I'm listed as the sole translator (#12, #16)- some (ie #17) list others, so I'm assuming that anyone who CHANGES a translation gets credited, but simply reviewing does not. I don't think I need to be credited at all (I'm only listed because my account set up the Google Translate), but we also definitely want to see if we can configure Transifex to add reviewer credits. Will hold off on pulling while we see if we can figure that out. 2 minutes of Googling didn't solve it but will dig deeper.

I think we can close this - I think the odds of someone only approving stuff and never fixing a single thing is unlikely, so while possible this is the corner-i-est of cases. I'd prefer to not be listed, but doesn't seem possible to not be, oh well.
