All the references, vs just the used ones? (use :all: in bibliography.md vs not)
Inline author+year, or just a numbered superscript? (set bibtex_reference_style in _config.yml to author_year or super)
(more important with the latter) - bibliography in alphabetical vs order cited order? (set :style: in bibliography.md to plain or unsrt)
