This PR contains updates to the notebooks in preparation for the JupyterCon demo. Major changes:

Updated the cleaning code for New York City to reflect changes in the JHU team's handling of said data
Added USAFacts as a raw data source
Added some additional graphs to the demographics notebook and simplified the dataframes in that notebook
Added section headings to several of the notebooks.
Regenerated the outputs of notebooks modified in the above ways.
