Support New MLContext from SystemML #49

The following need to be done

With SystemML.jar 0.13

-) POC new MLContext Apis (sysml_bridge.R) -) Convert LM algo to new MLCtx -) Convert, all other algo to new MLCtx (total 9) -) New test cases -) R4ML API and DML changes

With SystemML.jar 0.15 -) There will be merge and new functionality bug. make it work and happens
