CSS resources missing from release #231

The .whl files for the 0.1 release are missing the files span_array.css and span_array.js, which are supposed to be under text_extensions_for_pandas/resources. SpanArray visualizations won't work without these files.

Temporary workaround: Copy these files into the resources directory manually.

Pip package fixed in release 0.1.1. Working on Conda-Forge release now.
