Brief description

Metadata publishing change resulted in the majora.metadata.tsv to not be published in the 20220308 artifacts directory causing elan publish to fail. This was fixed by manually copying majora.metadata.tsv from the elan work directory to the correct location. Publishing is now proceeding as normal.

Patch to prevent issue in the future to be pushed today.
