Addtl Changes to Note:

All sample_n usages in the UI have been removed and replaced with the first item in the data (in preparation for {shinytest} implementation.
RAM Handling
Reduce RAM footprint by 99% by loading data.frame objects from {feather} files
All previous data.frame objects are now accessor functions by the same name that read the data from data/db
TODO Need to update data again & rerun since new objects were introduced 2021-02-03 cb9e06
