When the app is initially launched and the user navigates to the "Services" page, there is no data to display in either of the charts. This appears to be due to the fact that there are no default minimum and maximum "Date Provided" filter dates. When dates are specified, data is displayed in the cards & charts.

The organization The Center for Healthy Families had an upload with null values in the date_provided field of the services dataset. This is most likely causing the issue.
