Last Grade Completed categories are bucketed.
The buckets were created in the module, not affecting data ingestion.
There were two additional changes needed after this bucketing:
The filter that removed certain categories (which were grouped into "Unknown") was updated. We need to check if we want to avoid removing the extra category that was added to Unknown: "School Program does not have grade levels". Currently, as it was bucketed into Unknown, it is excluded from data.
The levels in the sankey plot were updated as well. We need to check whether Some College is properly placed or if we want to end up including it in another bucket.
