League Ranking Achievements not working since Rev 8 #27

No one has received these very common achievements since January:

Initially my theory was that the achievement now applies to seasonal instead of career ranking but that's not the case either because I am ranked top 20 in both and have recalculated the achievement but still don't have it.

Not sure what was done on the 26th of April but this is fixed now:
