Hi,
in the Debian packaging I formerly used the Debian packaged spdlog to avoid code copies as per Debian policy. Since spdlog in Debian switched to version 1.2 this does not work any more since I get build errors due to a change in the API of spdlog. I wonder whether you might like to update rapmap to work with spdlog 1.2.
Kind regards, Andreas.
PS: Is there any reason for tagging the RapMap releases with "salmon-" prefix?
