plzip #6

Along with sailfish (#3) making note of the plzip dependency in the readme would be nice.

Thanks again for pointing the dependency. I added it in this commit, 161655111c28417295ce4479f396b67a9bf39606

I am planning to add it in such a way so that it gets installed while installing quark.

This commit 068fa13d1e0b9f187e77387f1488a15b96277e59 should remove the dependency to plzip, but have not tested on a machine where I don't have plzip.
