Enumeration range of _pd_qpa_int_std.mass_percent #102

Should the _pd_qpa_int_std.mass_percent data item be assigned the enumeration range of 0.0:100.0?

It seems that this was previously done in the DDL1 version of the PD dictionary. While the _pd_qpa_int_std.mass_percent data item is a new introduction to the DDLm dictionary, it is defined as having the previously defined _pd_calib_std_internal_mass_% data name as its alias. In the DDL1 version of the dictionary the _pd_calib_std_internal_mass_% data item is defined as having the range of 0.0:100.0.
