_pd_proc.info_datetime description not compatible with category class

PD_PROC_OVERALL is a Set category, but the description of _pd_proc.info_datetime says:

Date(s) and time(s) when the data set was processed. May be looped if multiple processing steps were used.

Need to think on how to align those two requirements.

The category description says

If the data set is reprocessed, this section may be replaced.

so perhaps, just remove the reference to "May be looped..."?

I agree that it should not be looped. It would be better to state "Date and time when the data set was most recently processed".
