Add the _type.dimension attribute to the definition of _topol_node.coordination_sequence #75

This PR adds the _type.dimension attribute to the definition of _topol_node.coordination_sequence. Since the _type.dimension attribute does not have a default value, it is not clear how List, Array or Matrix values without this attribute should be interpreted.
