Remove the _name.category_id attribute from the 'matrix_w' save frame #458

This PR should be merged after merging PR https://github.com/COMCIFS/Modulated_Structures/pull/20.

According to the upcoming version of ITC Volume G, template dictionaries should not contain the _definition.id, _name.object_id or _name.category_id attributes. This PR removes this attribute.
