The changes in this PR are inspired by the discussion in https://github.com/COMCIFS/cif_core/issues/335.

I chose the form without the apostrophe (Jones faithful notation instead Jones' faithful notation) since this form is used in a recent (2020) publication regarding the extension of Hall symbols of crystallographic space groups to magnetic space groups (https://doi.org/10.1107/S1600576720015897).
