[DEFECT] Cannot assign employee to do any tasks after assigned test automation #35

Users can reduce the software testing time by using test automation to produce test cases. After being assigned an employee to do test automation, the employee is not able to be assigned with any tasks, including test automation, development of function, and bug fixing. It reduces the efficiency of completing tasks, and then the rank of scores is affected with this issue.

In the video, I suppose to choose Charlotte for the task of test automation, as she has finished the test automation before. However, it shows that she is not available to be assigned as the hourglass icon is next to her. I also try to assign other tasks to her but it also doesn't work.

Assign another employee to test automation and Charlotte will be available to do another task.
