There are two upgrade avaliable from week 3 which are the QA upgrade and Deploy environment upgrade. On week 3 to 4, we can upgrade the QA three times, which makes it lv3, and Deploy environment one time, which makes it lv1. On week 5 to 6, upgrades are avaliable but instead of having the previous upgrades, upgrading QA lv3 to lv4 and Deploy environment lv1 to lv2, the upgrade for QA is still to lv3 and the Deploy environment upgrade is still to lv1. I don't know if it is intended, if yes, notation should be provided, if not, it is a defect which means that players have to spend addtional money to get back their upgrades which affects the total earning in the metrics.
