When our pointer is placed on the icon, the report can be shown until our pointer is moved away. It seems to can take less space and still make it clear to show.
I recommend adding a mini-window to the space in the lower right corner of the game. This small window can display some information in the home page. This allows players to confirm the current status of the company while deploying system development. This allows players to allocate different resources for system development more effectively and improve development efficiency.
