0314: deploy the interface version via surge link

for the testing, due to we haven't connect the backend service yet, the login page just click login and can easily test for the advanced feature

to-do: update the deployment after integrate with backend api

@donglinwu6066 not sure what kind of information should we update at readme file, I would say the default of react readme is totally fine for people want to check the code haha

Remove "Getting Started with Create React App" and replace it with a brief description of the functionalities that this frontend needs to display, which is "URL shortener".
Remove unnecessary commands, including "npm run eject" and "Learn More".
If the logo references resources from the internet, please add a reference.
