~Need to find notes for (no bags collected but have data, so we think these were taken from hyprop rings):~
~Need to re-run (we found bags for these but dont have data):~
We need to find the sample for (cant find bag and no data, but records show it was received):
~Wildcard (no kit receiving notes, no data, and no bags):~
Notes from Pat on unit basis:
Hi AMP and Kaizad. Do we cater to the dry soil people or wet soil people -- a classic TAI problem 😊 The easy answer is 1 but you seem to have a preference for reporting one or the other, and preferably dry-weight basis.
If I were to pick one it would be the dry weight basis as it more clearly indicates whether or not the soil may have been saturated. Converting from one to the other is simple; perhaps you can put the conversion equation into the metadata: [Wbasis = (Dbasis/(100+Dbasis))*100]
@kkhomolka please work with Alex to run
we will be removing K001 and K007 entirely (see #70 ) and will be removing data from K058 transition, K056 transition, K056 wetland, K029 wetland
. @kkhomolka we only need you to locate K050 bag

need to add information and conversion factor in metadata and paper
if we cant find K050
flag is in L0B
Need to also find bag for K055 | sediment
Marked K055 sediment as sample not analyzed
and K050 upland as sample lost
.
Dataset written to L2
Wetland soils should be presented relative to wet weight
