2023 TEMPEST Flood(s) Dashboard To Do #92

Overall, we need to build a TempestDash 2.0 that is robust - stable, fast, bug-resistant.

To do this, we have the following changes to be made:

Bug Fixes

[x] TEROS tab errors out
[x] Aquatroll tab errors out
[x] Get Alerts tab working

Aesthetic

[ ] Tables need some upgrading
[ ] Drop down filtering for tables

Functionality

[x] Aquatroll tab needs tables added for 200 and 600
[x] Clickable graphs added to Aquatroll tab
[ ] ~Clicking on badge pulls up the error list to the correct tab~ decided against this
[x] Add other Aquatroll parameters to summary graphs on home page (talk to PR, FMS)
[ ] Settings pop-up that lets you program event start to create event progress

App

[ ] Hosted on AWS
[ ] Add in past data, pulled from already processed data from pipeline
[ ] Needs to be able to stay up on the screen (not timeout) - this is usually a shiny server issue (i.e. AWS may fix this)
